ctrlX I/O 1 port Ethernet switch port Product Description The Ethernet switchport junction XB-ET-31 is used to decentrally connect any Ethernet devices within a modular ctrlX I\/O station. The Ethernet communication of the connected devices is routed completely transparently and without collisions via the EtherCAT local bus. The switchport junction can be used at any position within the ctrlX I\/O station. A configuration is not required. The logic and peripheral voltage supply as well as the EtherCAT-based module communication are routed through the module.
