Ball - 440C stainless steel per AMS 5630 - heat treated. Optional Ball - 13-8 Mo stainless steel per AMS 5629 - heat treated. (Specify by adding suffix "C" ex.: ATM-3TC) Race - 17-4 PH stainless steel per AMS 5643 - heat treated. Optional plating on race outside diameter can be added by adding suffix "P" for zinc nickel or cad plating or suffix "E" for zinc nickel plating (ex.: ANC-3TP/ANC-3TE) PTFE Liner - (AT 3200) Permanently bonded to race inside diameter, qualified to SAE-AS81820 Type A. Temperature Range: -65°F to + 325°F. "K" designates Low Torque Bearing fit. No load rotational breakaway torque can be varied to meet specific application requirements. Bearings can be ordered in an oversize outside diameter condition by adding suffix "D1" (.010") oversize or "D2" (.020") oversize (ex.: ANC-3TD1/ANC-3TD2) Bearings listed are manufactured to conform to the dimensions, materials and configurations of SAE Specifications AS14101 (grooved) and AS14104 (plain), and are approved for procurement under these specifications.
